Costs are in US dollars (2001).
Included in the estimate are flooring (seamless vinyl or
raised access), cleanroom wall systems (including glazing
and doors), power outlets and light switches, air plenum
modules (Class 10 and Class 100), ceiling HEPA filters,
blank steel pans (Class 1000), packaged HVAC recirculation
air system with integrated controls, HVAC test and balance,
and cleanroom certification.
Not included are make-up air, chilled / heating water, electrical
distribution (except as noted above), process utilities
or services, building shell, and subfab (basement).
