Flexible Modular Ceiling Systems

IDC delivers a wide variety of stick-built ceiling systems. These modular ceiling systems feature a non-progressive construction application for the benefit of flexibility that is required by most fabs in the world today. The flush grids and the T-bar grids utilize a gel or gasketed seal for a pressurized or non-pressurized interstitial design. All the ceiling systems that we offer are easy to install using unique hanger and connector details. These systems are offered in a variety of structural strengths, going from heavy-duty to light-duty applications. This will limit the use of hanging rods for support and save on construction cost.

Walls are easily connected to all our grid families. Our ceiling grid will allow for sprinkler ports and electrical ports to pass through. The flush-type systems allow for lighting to be integral to the grid and provide a convenient use of space for fabs that require full filter coverage. Ion emitters can also be incorporated into the flush system.
